PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous black ink composition excellent in color developability of recorded matter, light resistance, ozone gas resistance, moisture resistance, water resistance and sensor responsive characteristics, when used as inkjet recording ink or writing utensils, and which has good storage stability as a recording liquid because of excellent solubility, and to provide an inkjet recording method using the composition, and a colored material.SOLUTION: An aqueous black ink composition includes, as a pigment component, (i) C.I. Acid Black 2 and (ii) a dye having ≥90% pigment residual ratio after 8 hours in the ozone gas resistance test under conditions of 40 ppm ozone concentration, 60% RH of humidity and 24°C temperature. An inkjet recording method and a colored material using the aqueous black ink composition are also disclosed. |
