PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lead member which improves the electrolyte resistance while reducing the costs.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a lead member 21 of this invention includes the steps of: causing a pair of insulator films 23 each of which is wider than a lead conductor 22 to face each other on both surface sides of the lead conductor 22 so that the pair of the insulator films 23 is bonded to each other while protruding from both ends of the lead conductor 22 and heat sealing the pair of facing insulation films 23 to the lead conductor 22 to form the lead member 21; and heating the lead member 21 at a temperature that is equal to or lower than a melting point of the insulation films 23.
