PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assignment of a series of processes and their attributes to a box even if there are many combinations of the processes, and to facilitate user's selection even if there are plural similar boxes.SOLUTION: The path of a box with a document file supplied therein is acquired and a process assigned to each of box names in plural layers constituting the path is executed to satisfy a corresponding attribute. Box attributes include information representing whether to perform a process.
