PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy object installation base permitting the easy installation of a heavy object after securing the safety of work and keeping down a work burden and a work cost.SOLUTION: In a display stand 10 on which a heating cooker 100 is installed, an upper face plate 14 has a notch part 18 formed by cutting out a part of an opening edge part 16a of an opening 16 from an opening edge 16b to the outer peripheral edge 14c of the upper face plate 14. The notch part 18 has a notch width that can horizontally move a body part 102 of the heating cooker 100 from the outer peripheral edge 14c side of the upper face plate 14 toward the opening 16, and a closing panel 20 (30) is provided to close the notch part 18 in a state of locking a flange part 104a of the heating cooker 100 to the opening edge part 16a of the opening 16.
