The cross-sectional area of the medium flow channel (120) adjacent to a reaction flow channel (110) portion having relatively large heat generation or heat absorption due to the reaction of the fluid is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the medium flow channel (120) portion adjacent to a reaction flow channel (110) portion having relatively small heat generation or heat absorption due to the reaction of the fluid. |
