In 1947, Norbert Wiener had the vision that faultlessly running machines could be constructed if the principles of the control technology of anti-aircraft guns, tank guns or aircraft could be transferred to normal production machines. The object of the invention is to use this idea as a basis for avoiding faults and waste in the case of primary forming machines, processing machines and assembly machines. This is accomplished if there is sufficient measurement of the process values on the basis of a process monitoring technology in which the processing window is determined with the aid of classification methods and an additional safety margin. |
