An exterior defrosting system for a motor vehicle comprising: a heat source; a systems of ducts arranged on the under side of the vehicle; and a plurality of vents along the duct system, where the vents provide a stream of hot air on the underside of the vehicle. In one exemplary embodiment, at least one vent may be positioned near each wheel of the vehicle. A heat source such as a vent box may force air through the duct system, where the plurality of vents is placed a frame of the motor vehicle. |
