<p>Disclosed is a stapler with a new safety device. The stapler comprises a stapling part, a fixed grip (1), a safety device (2), a transmission assembly (3), a pushing assembly (4) and a triggering grip (5), wherein the safety device (2) is fixed on the triggering pushing assembly (4) comprising a pushing tube (41) and is in contact with the surface of the transmission assembly (3); a sliding channel (321) is provided on the transmission assembly (3); the safety device (2) comprises a safety sheet (21), and a fixing block (22) for the safety sheet, mounted fixedly on the pushing tube; the safety sheet (21) is mounted fixedly in the fixing block (22) for the safety sheet by a spring (24) is retractable and can abut with the sliding channel (321) on the transmission assembly (3) and slide therein. The safety device (2) can ensure that the stapler is only triggered in the interval range of travel length allowing it to be triggered, and the equipment returns to its original state after the triggering is complete. The safety device is used to prevent improper triggering of the stapler, and can prevent surgical failures caused by accidental or improper triggering of the equipment. The safety device is simple in structure, easy to assemble, safe in use, and important for enabling the proper use of the stapler; therefore, it is suitable for widespread application.</p> |
