PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform functions of a driving support system by changing the size of an object recognition range depending on moving body information of a vehicle and whether or not a road on which the vehicle travels is a general road.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus includes a determination unit 202 that determines whether or not a road on which a vehicle travels is a general road. The image processing apparatus changes, according to a determination result by the determination unit 202, the size of an object recognition range that is a range in which objects in front of the vehicle are recognized on a photographed image photographed by imaging means on the basis of moving body information of the vehicle. |
