PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly find a reference value for determining abnormal ejection.SOLUTION: An inspection device includes: a plurality of ejection parts for ejecting liquid in a cavity by driving driving elements; and an inspection part for inspecting the plurality of ejection parts based on a comparison result between a detection signal obtained by driving the driving elements and a reference value. The reference value is found based on a detection signal obtained by extracting a specific ejection part among the plurality of ejection parts based on a value related to the inspection value of the cavity when the liquid is charged, and driving the driving elements of the extracted specific ejection part. |
