<p>Provided are a culture vessel by which an embryoid can be formed efficiently from human embryonic stem cells, and a method for culturing human embryonic stem cells using same. The present invention pertains to a vessel for culturing human embryonic stem cells, the vessel having two or more wells (1), wherein the wells (1) have a cylindrical body (2) and a funnel-shaped bottom (3) provided to one end of the body (2), a center section (4) of the bottom (3) being a concave curve and the angle of opening (theta) of the bottom (3) being 60-100°. The present invention also pertains to a method for culturing human embryonic stem cells using said vessel for culturing human embryonic stem cells.</p> |
