The brake (1) has a housing holding spring (9) producing resilient bias between a pliers-like saddle housing (2) and a holder (3) in a radial direction relative to a rotational axis of a brake disk. The saddle housing is axially displaceably mounted at the holder. A diaphragm (4) is hinged at a fixed counter bearing of the brake by a pivot bearing (5). The pivot bearing defines a pivot axis, which is arranged orthogonal to an axial direction such that a restraint-guided, rotary assembly and/or disassembly is enabled around the pivot axis between the disk brake and the diaphragm.
