The oil boiler comprises an oil burner installed at the bottom of a boiler body(10) and the hot water pipes(18, 19, 20) installed to be inclined in the upward direction. The bottom part (15) of a smoke discharge pipe (14) connected to the upper part of the main body (10) protrudes toward the inside of the boiler. Space units (21, 22) wherein flame swirls are formed between a first hot water pipe(18) and a second hot water pipe(19) or between the second hot water pipe(19) and a third hot water pipe(20). According to the invention, the invention heats waster in a short period of time and improves the thermal efficiency.
