PURPOSE: A bio-marker composition for detecting diabetic nephropathy is provided to specifically overexpressed or underexpressed in a patient having diabetic nephropathy. CONSTITUTION: A bio-marker composition for detecting diabetic nephropathy contains a protein having amino acid of sequence numbers 1, 3-6, 8-26, 28-36, and 38-124. The sample is urine. A kit for diagnosing diabetic nephropathy contains a molecule which specifically binds with a protein of sequence numbers 1, 3-6, 8-26, 28-36 and 38-124. The molecule is monoclonal antibody, polyclonal antibody, substrate, ligand, or cofactor. |
