PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow sanitary work by preventing that a dialysate overflows from a substitution liquid port.SOLUTION: A hemodialysis device 1 includes: a dialyzer 2 performing hemodialysis; a blood circuit 3 connected to the dialyzer; a dialysate circuit 4 connected to the dialyzer; a substitution liquid port 31 that is provided in the dialysate circuit and can be opened/closed by a lid member; and a substitution liquid passage 6 having one end connected to the blood circuit, and the other end connected to the substitution liquid port. The lid member is detached from the substitution liquid port after a dialysate substitution process of filling the dialysate circuit with a dialysate to bring the substitution liquid port into an opened state from a closed state, a negative pressure formation process of making a pressure inside the dialysate circuit a negative pressure is performed after a dialysate substitution process so as to connect the substitution liquid passage to the substitution liquid port in the opened state, and thereafter the substitution liquid port is brought into the opened state from the closed state. |
