PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet transaction device for enabling a user to surely grasp a rejection reason and a handling method even after a bank bill whose reception is rejected is taken out of an automatic transaction device.SOLUTION: The paper sheet transaction device includes an opening part for receiving and ejecting paper sheets, an acquisition part for acquiring unique information and feature quantity inherent in each received paper sheet, a storage part for storing a criterion for whether to reject the reception of a paper sheet, a first determination part for determining whether to reject the reception of the received paper sheet and a handling method on the basis of the acquired feature quantity and the criterion, and a notification part for giving notification of the unique information of the received paper sheet and information showing the handling method in the case of rejecting the reception of the received paper sheet. |
