PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, in conventional cleaning work of a used bolt, a worker may injure his or her finger with chips or a used stud bolt (including a bolt, T nut, nut or processed product, etc., same as above in the followings) in a cleaning method in which he or she holds the bolt with his or her bare hand to sweep away chips by a spray gun, immerses the bolt into a chemical to remove oil, dries the bolt naturally or by a blower, and stores the bolt in an individual case or a collective case, or the cleaning method is risky, and further the cleaning method requires great care and causes a problem related to post-processing of the swept chips.SOLUTION: A stud bolt cleaning device has a structure arranged with a first conveyance part including first openings communicating with a chute of a device body with a slot, a spray nozzle arranged above the first conveyance part, a second conveyance part communicating with the first conveyance part and including second openings each formed into a fine hole relative to the first opening, a blower and a nozzle arranged above the second conveyance part, and a selection chute communicating with the second conveyance part, wherein an outer peripheral part of the device body is formed into a sealed shape with a plurality of plate materials. |
