PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscous-fluid-enclosing damper not changing vibration-damping properties even when used under high temperatures and/or conditions where vibrations are repeatedly generated for a prolonged period when, in the viscous-fluid-enclosing damper, a closed container enclosing a vibration-damping composition of a viscous fluid is fixed to a support and an object to be supported and vibrations transmitted between the support and the object to be supported are attenuated using viscous resistance of the vibration-damping composition; and to provide the vibration-damping composition used for the viscous-fluid-enclosing damper.SOLUTION: In a viscous fluid (12), at least one type of heat resistant resin particles selected from polyethylene and nylon having an average molecular weight of from 50×10to 600×10and an average particle size of 10-200 μm, preferably 10-160 μm, and a sagging inhibitor are dispersed in a viscous liquid. |
