PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding tool for insulation tape that securely performs a winding operation while applying invariably constant back tension without reference to whether the winding outer diameter of an insulation tape is large or small.SOLUTION: A winding tool for insulation tape comprises a hollow rotary body 14 which is freely rotated with an insulation operation bar 2, a mounting shaft 21 for insulation tape fitted in a freely swingable state to the hollow rotary body 14, and guide bodies 23a, 23b, and 23c for insulation tape fitted between the mounting shaft 21 and the hollow rotary body 14. The guide bodies 23a, 23b, and 23c comprise substantially-equal-diameter guide rollers 25a, 25b, 25c, 26 on both sides arranged oppositely in a freely rotatable state at predetermined intervals, and while the intervals between the guide rollers 25a, 25b, 25c, and 26 on both the sides are held constant, an insulation tape 34 unwound from the mounting shaft 21 is guided in a winding direction while held with constant pressure to be wound. |
