PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert from an original photographic image to not only a merely picturesque image but also a natural-looking picturesque image appearing like much more drawn by a hand drawing of a human being.SOLUTION: The image conversion device comprise: a display part 2 that displays an input image; a touch input section 3 that extracts a contour line from the input image and receives a modification input of the contour line with respect to the image displayed in the display part 2; and a CPU 1 that performs a deformation process on the basis of a preliminarily set conversion formula by use of the extracted contour line and the received modification input of the contour line, performs the deformation process to a predetermined area image in an image on the basis of the conversion formula, and after performing a reduction process to the deformation-processed area image, synthesizes the deformation-processed area image with the deformation-processed contour line and performs an image tone conversion. |
