The present invention relates to a suction oil filter unit (1) for a transmission or an engine, and the suction oil filter unit includes an oil filter housing (2) made of synthetic resin, and the oil filter housing includes at least one suction path (9) which can be connected to a suction pump and at least one return path (8) for hydraulic current which is returned by the suction pump for the purpose of improving the performance of the suction current. The return path has at least one nozzle at a part in which the return path and the suction path meets.
