The present invention relates to a deionization filter, a water treatment apparatus having a deionization filter, and a method for regenerating a deionization filter. The method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a raw total dissolved solution (TDS) measuring step of measuring TDS values of solid materials contained in raw water to create raw water TDS values; a cumulative solid material amount calculating step of adding the amounts of solid materials, which are removed by a deionization filter removing solid materials contained in the raw water, to create the cumulative amount of solid materials; and a regenerating step of performing a regenerating operation on the deionization filter when the cumulative amount of solid materials is greater than a predetermined limit amount of solid materials.
