PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous printing ink composition using an aqueous polyurethane resin, where solubility of ink, involved with printability of ink in the aqueous printing ink, is excellent not only in water/alcohol system but also in water-only system, and good in blocking resistance; and to provide a laminate.SOLUTION: An aqueous polyurethane resin to be used with a controlled hydroxyl value comprises an organic diamine including an organic diamine having a hydroxy group used as a chain extender, and an alkanolamine used as a reaction terminator. |
