PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make connection with a circuit board easy in a method of printing an electrode on an undersurface of a top plate, and inhibit deterioration in a boiling-over detection electrode due to temperature rise of a top plate or sliding with the top plate when a printed circuit board and a flexible wiring board are arranged under the top plate in an induction heating cooker having the boiling-over detection electrode.SOLUTION: In the induction heating cooker, by using a material having elasticity or spring characteristics such as conductive silicon and conductive sponge for a boiling-over detection electrode 16 itself, connection of the boiling-over detection electrode 16 and boiling-over detection means 17 is made easy and the boiling-over detection electrode 16 is unlikely to degrade against temperature rise of the top plate 11 or sliding between the top plate 11 and the boiling-over detection electrode 16. |
