PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a case is damaged by turning force for fastening a bolt when mounting an ignition coil again due to ignition plug replacement, inspection or the like if a protrusion is chipped by fretting wear due to engine vibrations after mounted on an engine.SOLUTION: In a case, a plurality of protrusions having different heights are formed, and a first protrusion having the highest height is connected to a whirl stop part formed in the engine. The protrusions are brought into contact with the whirl stop part of the case during fastening a screw or a bolt for fixing a flange and a mounting part, and a second protrusion having the second highest height is brought into contact with the whirl stop part after the first protrusion is chipped. The protrusions are arranged perpendicularly to a contact surface between the flange and the mounting part. Further, a gap part is formed between respective protrusions, and the protrusions are sequentially formed higher from a position adjacent to a plug hole formed in the engine. |
