PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having TGF-bII-type receptor inhibitory activity in order to suppress scar formation.SOLUTION: A diphenylmethyl piperazine derivative represented by general formula (1) is provided. In general formula (1), X and Y each represents the case of the absence of methylene group, nitrogen atom, sulfur atom or any atom; R1 is H, or alkyl or alkenyl group wherein the hydrogen atom or the carbon atom is optionally substituted with a nitrogen atom; R2 is a halogen atom, amino or hydrazinyl group; and R3 is a 5-18C aromatic group optionally bearing the substituent. |
