SYSTEM OF FORMING BAR CODES AND FAULTY UNIT MARK USING DIRECT IMAGE EXPOSURE APPARATUS, AND METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faulty unit mark forming system and a method thereof which increase the recognition rate of bar codes by eliminating possibility of foreign substances generated in processes of forming strip bar codes, by forming the strip bar codes with exposure using a direct image (DI) exposure apparatus instead of conventional drilling systems.SOLUTION: A bar code and faulty unit mark forming system comprises: an image capture unit 40 which captures an image of a panel 60; a recognition unit 30 which recognizes the image of the panel captured by the image capture unit 40; a server 10 which stores information about faulty units; a DI exposure apparatus 50 which forms strip bar codes and a mark for faulty units by using DI exposure; and a control unit 20 which receives the information about the faulty units from the server 10 and controls the exposure performed by the DI exposure apparatus 50.
