PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorber capable of making valve characteristics appropriate while suppressing decline in durability.SOLUTION: A shock absorber includes: a valve body in which a communication hole communicating two chambers with each other is formed and an inner seat part and an outer seat part are formed on the central side and outer peripheral side interposing the communication hole, respectively; and an annular disk valve 107 of which radial movement relative to the valve body is restricted and which is disposed to separate from/come contact with the inner seat part and the outer seat part of the valve body. The disk valve 107 includes: an outer annular part 123; an inner annular part 122; and two support parts 124, 124 interconnecting the outer annular part 123 and the inner annular part 122. The two support parts 124, 124 are connected to the outer annular part 123 on one side and connected to the inner annular part 122 on the opposite side, relative to the radial direction of the disk valve 107. |
