PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device continuing conveyance, discharge operation even during fixing work without causing accumulation of continuous paper during fixing to a mounting part, and capable of suppressing damage to a recording medium even while securing fixing work time to a mounting part.SOLUTION: An image forming device includes a conveyance part conveying continuous paper, and a winding part winding the continuous paper fixed with an image. It includes: a speed control part controlling conveyance of the continuous paper at a first conveyance speed or a second conveyance speed slower than the first conveyance speed; a reaching time monitoring part monitoring a reaching time required for a distal end of the continuous paper to reach the winding part; and a mounting time monitoring part monitoring a preset mounting time required for fixing the continuous paper to the winding part. In the speed control part, in correspondence to timing of the distal end of the continuous paper reaching the winding part, a conveyance speed of the continuous paper is changed from the first conveyance speed to the second conveyance speed, and after passage of the mounting time, it is changed from the second conveyance speed to the first conveyance speed. |
