PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solid electrolytic capacitor by which a forming method of a solid electrolytic layer can be improved, and improvement of capacitance and low ESR can be achieved.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a solid electrolytic capacitor includes the steps of: supplying a dispersion solution 5 obtained by dispersing conductive fine particles with a solvent onto the surface of an anode electrode body 3 obtained by forming a dielectric oxide film 4 on a plate-like or foil-like porous valve action metal; and spreading the dispersion solution 5 into a depth of a porous layer by pressing force of an elastic body 2 to form a solid electrolytic layer across the depth of the porous layer. |
