The adjusting device (10) has a drive ratchet (14) with a radially-shaped section (16) arranged at a clutch cover (12). The radially-shaped section is arranged adjacent to axially-shaped section (18). The former portion is biased by a biasing element in an axial direction (A), while the latter portion has a latch tongue (20) with a tongue end (24) engaged with a pinion (22). The function of the biasing element is integrated in the drive ratchet that is formed from a reshaped sheet-metal blank. The former section is connected to a biasing portion (28) by folding.
