The device has a breathing mask (1) for covering the mouth and the nose of operator. A supply air hose (2) is provided for breathing air supply and the exhaust air hose (3) is provided for respiratory air discharge. An air inlet of the supply air hose is connected to an air or oxygen reservoir. The other end of the supply air hose is connected to the breathing mask. One end of the exhaust air hose is connected to the breathing mask. A suction device (11) is provided to suck the air or oxygen to the breathing mask through the supply air hose and exhaust air hose. An independent claim is included for a suit system for preventing contamination of atmosphere of protective gas filled clean room.
