PURPOSE: A composition containing ampelopsin-glucosides is provided to ensure superior water solubility, to suppress tyrosinase activation, and to improve skin whitening, anti-wrinkling, and anti-aging. CONSTITUTION: An ampelopsin-glucoside is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the ampelopsin-glucosides comprises a step of adding glycosyltransferase to a mixture solution of sucrose and ampelopsin. The glycosyltransferase includes Leuconostoc mesenteroides strain-derived dextran sucrase. A composition for improving anti-wrinkling, antioxidation, and anti-wrinkling and promoting alcohol decomposition in the body contains 0.001-20 wt% of the ampelopsin-glucosides as an active ingredient. |
