PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a radiation noise that generates in execution of incremental memory access.SOLUTION: An address conversion circuit 13 divides an eight-bit address value by four bits and converts the divided value on the basis of a predetermined conversion rule. The conversion rule has a domain ranging from 0 to 15 and a value ranging from integer 0 to 15, in which input and output values correspond each other one-to-one. The conversion rule is such that when the conversion rule is used to serially convert integers 0 to 15 arranged in the ascending order, an arrangement of plural integers obtained from the conversion has no regularity. |
