PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check a condition of a pot at termination of heating and control an operation of a cooling fan, thereby inhibiting decrease in heat retention of the pot.SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises control means 8 which outputs a heat-retention mode for stopping rotation of a cooling fan 5 when heating stop is output from a heating power setting part 6 in a state where placement of a pan 1 is detected by pot detection means 7 that detects existence/non-existence of the pan 1 on a top plate 3 and thereby reduces cooling power of the pan 1 from the bottom and prevents heat retention property of the pan having high heat retention property with insulation structure on its side face and top part from being decreased. |
