PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified polyolefin resin which has excellent adhesiveness to a hardly adhesive substrate, and is excellent in moldability while suppressing generation of a free polymer, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A modified polyolefin resin composition is obtained by kneading the following (a) and (b) and (c) and/or (d), in which the cold xylene soluble content is 5 wt.% or less, and the selection rate of an aromatic vinyl monomer represented by the following formula is 60% or more. (a) Polyolefin resin; (b) radical polymerization initiator; (c) aromatic vinyl monomer; (d) epoxy-containing vinyl monomer selection rate=(weight of aromatic vinyl monomer grafted to polyolefin resin/weight of reacted aromatic vinyl monomer)×100. |
