PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle cover structure of a saddle-ride type vehicle which can improve comfortability of an occupant, while enhancing rigidity of a cover member making up a center tunnel.SOLUTION: A step floor 68 is composed of: a front sloped part 68a formed to be sloped upward on the front part; a horizontal part 68b formed almost horizontal or sloped up backward on the rear of the front sloped part 68a; and a bent part 68c connecting the front sloped part 68a to the horizontal part 68b. A middle cover 54 has a lower extended part 54c on its lower edge, where the lower extended part 54c extends toward the bent part 68c.
