An apparatus and a method for transferring nail decals are provided, wherein the apparatus includes a substrate and decals which are provisionally attached to the bottom surface of the substrate. The substrate includes a central body part, arbor parts which are extended outward from the the central body part, and a decal adhesion tab part which is extended outward from each arbor part. The decal adhesion tab part has a shape and a size corresponding to the shape and the size of human fingernails and toenails and has at least one decal provisionally attached to the tab. |
