PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite valve configured to integrate two types of three-way valves and to reduce a component cost and a piping cost, an occupation space and the like in a water heating device or the like.SOLUTION: A composite valve includes: a valve body 10 provided with an inlet 11, a plurality of outlets 12, 13 and a discharge port 14; a first valve element 20 for allowing a fluid flowing into the valve body 10 from the inlet 11 to selectively flow out from the outlets 12, 13; a first valve element drive means 50 for driving the first valve element 20 to open and close; a second valve element 30 for discharging the fluid flowing into the valve body 10 from the inlet 11 through the discharge port 14; and a second valve element operating means including a manual operation lever 35 for operating the second valve element 30 to open and close. |
