PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction type oil filter unit for a transmission or internal combustion engine capable of obtaining the flexibility of configuration/design as wide as possible with respect to the guide of the pressure oil volume flow for suction flow charge.SOLUTION: A suction type oil filter unit 1 for a transmission or an internal combustion engine has an oil filter housing 2 made of resin. The oil filter housing 2 includes: at least one suction passage 9 connectable with a suction pump; and at least one feedback passage 8 for a pressure oil volume flow fed back by the suction pump for suction charge of pump suction oil flow. The feedback passage 8 includes at least one nozzle device on a region of a communication part to the suction passage 9. In the suction type oil filter unit 1, the nozzle device has at least one nozzle body 10 which is inserted to the feedback passage 8, is configured not integrally with the feed back passage 8 and surrounds a nozzle hole.
