PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a masker tape good in hand-tearability, making cutting end straightened, and easily handleable.SOLUTION: A masker tape comprises an adhesive tape 5 composed of a substrate 1 and an adhesive layer 3 formed thereon and a curing sheet 11 pasted on the adhesive layer 3 in a pasting region 9 along the side edge of the adhesive tape 5, where the substrate 1 and the curing sheet 11 are each composed of a single layer film of a polyethylene film, which is obtained by uniaxially stretching a resin composition comprising a high density polyethylene single body or a resin composition including high density polyethylene and non-linear low density polyethylene in the width direction of the adhesive tape 5, or a multilayer film including the polyethylene film; the curing sheet 11 has 0.005-0.3 N tear strength in the width direction of the adhesive tape 5 and the adhesive tape 5 has 10 N or less tear strength in the width direction but higher than tear strength of the curing sheet 11. |
