COMPUTER SYSTEM, VIRTUALIZATION MECHANISM AND CONTROL METHOD OF COMPUTER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately migrate a virtual machine to another physical machine.SOLUTION: A computer system comprises a first physical machine and a second physical machine. The first physical machine comprises a control device and a storage device connected to the control device. The control device of the first physical machine constructs a virtual machine and can execute a prescribed guest program on the virtual machine. A partial region of the storage device is used as a virtual storage device which is a storage device in the virtual machine. The control device performs control so that a writing amount of data within certain time to the virtual storage device allocated to the virtual machine is reduced when live migration in which the virtual machine of the first physical machine is migrated to the second physical machine while the guest program is practically being executed is executed.
