PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect decrease of a binding load applied to a secondary cell.SOLUTION: A cell system comprises: a plurality of secondary cells 1 arranged side by side in a prescribed direction (X direction); a restriction mechanism 3, 4, and 6 which sandwiches the secondary cells in the prescribed direction and applies a binding load F to each secondary cell; a controller which calculates a resistance of each secondary cell based on current and voltage of each secondary cell. The controller determines, when difference of resistance occurs between the secondary cells, decrease of the binding load applied to the secondary cell having lower resistance. |
