PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable position adjustment of two panels along a surface, in a position adjusting device changing the relative position of the two panels.SOLUTION: A position adjusting device 1 includes: a first member 20 positioned on an instrument panel 2 and having a first reception hole 23; a second member 40 received by the first reception hole and having a second reception hole 42 biased relative to its own axis; and a third member 50 received by the second reception hole and having a bolt insertion hole 52 biased relative to its own axis. A rotating position of the second member relative to the first member can be selected from a plurality of positions, and a rotating position of the third member relative to the second member can be selected from a plurality of positions. A bolt passes through a first through hole 4 formed on the instrument panel 2, the bolt insertion hole and a second through hole 5 formed on a vehicle body panel 3 and is screwed to a nut 8, and the third member is positioned on the second panel. |
