The present invention relates to a polite call rejection service system, and more particularly to a polite call rejection service system used in a mobile phone network, which comprises a mobile switching center/service switching point MSC/SSP, a polite call rejection platform, a calling mobile phone, and a called mobile phone. When rejecting to answer a call from a calling mobile phone user, a called mobile phone user selects a corresponding call rejection reason, the system switches the call to the polite call rejection platform, and the polite call rejection platform, play a corresponding call rejection reason or send a corresponding short message prompt to the calling mobile phone user according to the selection of the called mobile phone user, so that the calling user learns in time the reason of call rejection of the called user and the use of mobile phone becomes more human friendly. |
