A tilt and telescope type steering column device according to the present invention comprises a distance bracket (41) joined to a housing (3) covering an inner tube (2) for a steering column device (1); an operation lever (20) having a hinge joint and the distance bracket (41) to be rotated by external operating forces; and a ball device (30) for varying the level of pressing forces applied to the distance bracket (41) using a ball (37) which moves based on the rotational angle changes of the operation lever (20). By this, the present invention reduces operating forces by reducing the friction of the operation lever (20); and improves steering sensation for drivers by providing smooth operating sensation. . |
