摘要 <p>[Problem] To provide a radiation detector that has excellent adhesion between a scintillator layer and a substrate and between a moisture-proof body and a substrate, and that is highly reliable in cold environments and in high-temperature high-humidity environments. [Solution] A radiator detector (11) comprises the following: an array substrate (12) having pixels (17); a scintillator layer (13) formed on the pixels (17); a conductive moisture-proof body (15) formed so as to cover the scintillator layer (13); and an adhesive layer (16) that adheres the moisture-proof body (15) to the array substrate (12). The array substrate (12) of the radiation detector is divided into at least an active area (A) and an adhesion are (B), the active area (A) is provided with an organic-resin protective film (26a) on the scintillator layer (13) forming surface, and the adhesive area (B) is provided with an inorganic protective film (26b) on the adhesive layer (16) forming surface.</p>
