摘要 [Problem] To provide an efficient vanadium electrolyte production method and production device, using which oxidation/reduction reaction efficiency is favorable, and it is possible to simultaneously produce equivalent amounts of a V2+ (bivalent) vanadium ion solution and a VO2 + (5-valent) vanadium ion solution. [Solution] This problem is solved by using a production method provided with: a preparation step for preparing a 4-valent vanadium ion solution in which the total mass percent of one or more elements selected from aluminum, calcium, sodium, potassium, iron, silicon and chromium is less than 0.4 mass%, and dissolved oxygen is 0.1ppm or less; and an electrolysis step for obtaining a 5-valent vanadium ion solution by oxidizing and electrolyzing the 4-valent vanadium ion solution in a deaerated atmosphere, and simultaneously obtaining a divalent vanadium ion solution by reducing and electrolyzing the 4-valent vanadium ion solution in a deaerated atmosphere.
