<p>The device has a retention harness i.e. seat belt, comprising a left shoulder strap (6) and a right shoulder strap (7). A neck cushion (15) is fixed at a head part and comprises a left side inflatable part and a right side inflatable part. The left and right sides inflatable parts have upper side cushions (22, 27) that are fixed at a slip part (70). A reserve unit retains laterally the upper side cushions and comprises a tether strap fixed on an external surface of the upper side cushions, where the reserve unit has a fastening unit for fastening the tether strap with the head part.
