The present invention relates to a solar cell which includes a barrier film and a fluorine polymer layer, wherein the barrier film includes a base layer and at least one selected from an organic-inorganic hybrid layer formed on one side of the barrier film and an inorganic barrier layer. The protective film for a solar cell according to the present invention can prevent efficiency degradation of a solar cell module due to the permeation of oxygen and vapor to the barrier film and can improve the efficiency and lifetime of the solar cell module by preventing the performance degradation of the protective film due to ultraviolet rays.
